The Science Fair offers a chance for Escondido students to do a science project and share it with the community. All students are encouraged to participate, even our little kinders! Projects do not need to be sophisticated or fancy, just something your student wants to explore, discover, and share.
We encourage students to learn about and use the scientific method by doing an experiment, but it’s fine if your student prefers to make something (demonstrating basic scientific or engineering ideas), or to research information about a scientific topic. It’s not a competition, and working with a partner(s) is fine. Parents may certainly assist, but please keep the project student-led!
Sign up to volunteer today and be a part of this exiting event! Help us to promote science in our community.
All students (regardless of participation in the Science Fair) and their families will not want to miss our annual Family Science Night. Come to see other projects, have fun and meet friends.
Don't miss this incredible opportunity to learn from Stanford scientists and engage in hands-on scientific experiments. This year we host Fiber Optics Explosions, Electrical Wonders, Examine a Real Heart, Earthquake and Volcanoes.
Every year, we proudly invite a diverse range of local food trucks to our Science Fair. Come and enjoy a culinary adventure that will fuel your curiosity and energy for exploration. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to combine science and cuisine!
